We realise that occasionally things do not go as smoothly as we would like.
If you have a complaint please either fill in the form on the Contact Details Web Page, put it in writing or tell a Receptionist who will then inform the Practice Manager or Assistant Practice Manager. They will investigate the complaint thoroughly and contact you directly. We do take all complaints very seriously and try to learn from them.
