Through this website we hope to improve our services to all our patients and enable them to find out the information required at the click of a mouse.  You can order repeat prescriptions online, fill out a pre-registration form , cancel existing appointments, change your name and address and much more.

You may notice that the month you are called for your health check has changed. 

This will involve patients who have or who have had heart disease, asthma, hypertension, diabetes, hypothyroid disease etc. 

From now your health check dates will be in the month of your birthday.  We apologise for any confusion this may cause.
